SINGLE-ORIGIN COFFEE
Sourcing coffees from one location, whether a country (i.e. Sumatra, El Salvador, Peru, Kenya, etc), region farm, or a lot, is a relatively new and growing trend. Due to the rise in popularity of single-origin coffee, lighter roasts are trending while darker roasts are becoming less common. The goal of roasting single-origin coffee is to accentuate the origin's inherently good traits, which requires a more delicate approach.

Every week, the toasty aroma of coffee fills the air as our team prepares the single origin beans in our on-site roastery, The Coffee Roasting Co. We ensure that each bean is correctly roasted, maximizing its potential flavor prior to blending.
