LEOPOLD BROS. FRENCH-PRESSED COFFEE LIQUEUR

We shop locally whenever possible at the Bittersweet, but we'd proudly serve products from this small-batch Denver distillery if we called Timbuktu, instead of Louisville, CO, home. Using French-pressed coffee, they immediately mix in their eaux-de-vie and add a pinch of cane sugar to balance the acidity of the coffee.They immediately bottle the result while the spirit is still warm to the touch so to capture all the fresh flavors, aromas, and oils of the fresh coffee.

We like people who don't mess around with coffee.
