LEMON POPPYSEED BREAD

You'll be tasting the lemon from the outstandingly light and tart texture of the bread to it's delicately sweet lemony topping. You’ll never believe this one is both gluten and dairy free, but our friends at Outrageous Baking are a pretty talented bunch, and we love them at the Bittersweet.

Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Sorghum Flour, Eggs, Rice Bran Oil, Organic Cane Sugar, Potassium Bicarbonate / Monocalcium Phosphate (Baking Powder), Vanilla, Coconut Milk, Lemon Oil, Poppy Seeds, Xanthan Gum
